8am swim, 25 mins in the slow lane at a very gentle pace.

A wet day so decided not to walk over to playing fields, I imagined it would be very muddy.

With A at work today and our ndn out I took the opportunity to play some tunes on my D whistle. About a quarter of a century ago I joined a Tin Whistle for Beginners class at the Swarthmore. Our tutor taught us tunes from the British Isles and I still have all the sheet music. An Tuirne is a waltz, it is a sweet cheery tune.
