A Close Shave

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Eldest Mini Princess,

The Prince and I went to Redpath to celebrate The Disciple’s 50th today.

It was a very small do (15 people) in the village hall. We didn’t really know anyone other than Monkey Boy but we ended up having an unexpectedly good night.

We were talking about working from home and Shedley said that he tends to work in his dressing gown for the morning and showers and dresses at lunchtime.,

Which was all fine until the morning a message popped up to say he had his camera was on and asking “Are you in a DRESSING GOWN?” Not only that, his dressing gown was gaping and he was flashing his left nipple!

There were a few stories about office toilets which were fairly grim but Monkey Boy won the prize for his…He and a colleague, Pearl had been working fairly late in the office one night one night. Pearl had walked into the ladies to be met with the sight of a woman, naked from the waist down with one foot up on the sink, doing a bit of forest management with a razor!

“And the thing was,” said a shocked Pearl when she came back to her desk, “I was so surprised that I just said ‘Good evening’ and walked into a cubicle.”

Shedley, Monkey Boy and The Prince are natural raconteurs and there were lots of entertaining stories. It was one of those night that seemed to fly by.
