Spring crocus

As far as I'm aware, this is crocus tommasinianus, as I was kindly told by blipper TonyG  last year.  Anyway, it's the one that grows wild at the bottom of the Close.  Very pretty it is too.

Today's been a damp one so I've hardly gone out and this was an inside shot.  Not a lot else has been achieved, except some very boring sorting and shredding of papers, as I do every couple of years when the piles begin to overwhelm me.
