Choppy waters

We're biting the proverbial bullet and organising a brief plan of travel for March. 
So it's off down to Sussex for a weekend to see our brand new granddaughter and then hopping on a plane from Gatwick to Barcelona on the Monday where we hope to pick up a car and drive into the sticks near L'Ametlla de Mar. 
There we should meet up with granddaughter's great uncle my brother Paul; a visit we started to arrange back at the beginning of 2020 before some bug interrupted things. I haven't seen my brother for well over 10 years and his dear lady, Judy, died in 2021(not Covid related) so this is well overdue. 
This will be our cat Lily's first stay in a cattery while we are away so it will be a bit of a test for her. Still we shall drop her off on the Friday going out and pick her up the next Friday coming back, all being well. 
Because of all the arranging yesterday I completely forgot to post my blip so for the first time in my blipping history here's a back blip. As my brother lives well off grid I suspect there will be a bit of back - blipping in the middle of next month. Wish us well! ;-)
