Brunel Bridge

Today I walked over the Tamar suspension bridge from Plymouth into Cornwall. I've never walked across it before but slap bang next to it is this bridge built by IK Brunel in 1859. At present it is going through a major overhaul and being repainted. So it will soon put its modern rival the suspension bridge built in 1961 to even more shame.
