as i continue to - feel subpar and - under the weather - not having much energy - to do much of - anything at all - and feeling rather - unproductive, not getting anything crossed - off my to-do list - but sometimes one - must simply listen - to their bodies - and do nothing - or rest as that’s - what nothing means - in my case

and then try very hard - not to feel guilty - about it - at least i’m getting - in some very - good cuddle time - with the boo - and that makes it - all worth while which - certainly then leads to…
