First ever take-off
Spent the morning ensuring that all batteries were fully charged and that I knew how to assemble everything relatively easy.
While doing the above, I also stripped, washed & dried and then remade the bed.
I was ready when Kent got home from work and we head out to an open large field we had access to. It wasn’t a pretty place with anything but sand and scrub grass to photograph but the openness without others about made it a good place for first time flying and testing things out.
We spent about 90 minutes out there and in some ways it was easier than I thought but in others it is harder. I have 3 drone batteries with each lasting about 30 minutes. I’ll be more comfortable practicing on my own now.
We came home to have a very late lunch and to get things ready for tomorrow (Sunday)
