Rescued

This Crocus was found limp with the stem broken off/eaten through at the base,  so as an experiment I popped it into a small container  with water and left it on the kitchen window sill. Overnight it seemed to recover, so hopefully it might last a couple more days. After a dry morning a wet afternoon with more rain to come during the next few days.
