We stopped at our favorite place to pick up food after a run to CVS to pick up new meds for me. I had a psychiatrist appointment on Thursday, and she prescribed me an antidepressant.

I've never been on a med like this before. I hope it helps with my anxiety and depression. It's been a bit overwhelming my whole life, though it's gotten worse in the pandemic.

We watched "La La Land" while we ate. That was a fun movie. I especially liked the references and throwbacks to old movies.
