Shooting the breeze

A social day today with a farewell lunch for our friend's daughter who's off to the deep south to start University. Then a call into another friend for a cup of tea. The wind is picking up as cyclone Dovi passes by to the south of us. We'll be missing the torrential rain that's forecast for further south but the isobars will be packed close together tonight. Just had time for a quick walk to the beach but apart from this little chap it was almost deserted.
