A tourist in my own town. Clock Oddity No.1

I have not seen this tower which houses Big Ben since it has been done up. It certain looks very good although they will have to sort out the times. There are 4 faces altogether, not sure what the others are saying. I spent yesterday morning down in town doing a walk from Waterloo station across the Thames via Westminster bridge and on up to Trafalgar Square.
Weather wise today: at 10am 6 °C, feels like 3. Grey and overcast, no rain.
