Planning ahead..

This house is on our walk to the park and has been a talking point for years. The owners have some quite different tastes in styles and decor. This week however the exterior cladding has started to come down. Seems work went ahead a few years ago with no planning permission in place and was retrospectively denied! A very expensive mistake!
