Kayaks for Hire

I went out for breakfast with the church ladies.  The Eggs Benedict were a perfect 10.  I took this photo on the way back to the car.

I then went for a walk from Bremner Bay to the Yacht Club, clocking up 10K steps.  Pleased about that as I am now watching the Winter Olympics.  Warm and cloudy, +20C.  Bobsled, Biathlon, and Half pipe.  I wonder how many of these athletes will have problems when they reach middle age?
