Slicing Savoy

Another image to introduce myself. I pride myself in eating well and healthily. We mostly make our meals from scratch, wherever posible from our own organic garden harvests or local producers and farms, I do most of the cooking. At this season, Savoy cabbages are at their best. They are great simply sauteed with garlic, or in one of our staples, an old Jamie Oliver recipe with thyme, bacon and mozzarella in fusilli bucati corti.
