Huge day travelling to Waterford for 1:1 session with an equine biomechanics instructor. She had me sitting on soft balls while riding to wake up dead parts of my pelvis/ sitting bones ! Really interesting and instantly there was a difference in how I sat and in how Daisy went. My home work is to practice a 10 m circles in canter - on foot - no pony required !
