8 mile circular up whernside

the foot of the ribblehead viaduct the  start of the eight mile circular walking up and around whernside one of the yorkshire three peaks. it was clear at the top when we set off but low cloud and a flurry of snow stopped us enjoying any views from the top. it kept us walking quite fast too  doing the trip in 3 hours
