Church View

A cold but sunny day, I headed into my local town of Ross on Wye (Herefordshire) for a free haircut (my loyalty card redeemed) before getting my blipfoto of St Catherine's Church, Hoarwithy on the outskirts of the town. It was originally a chapel in 1840 but the new vicar wanted something fancier and in 1854 it was lavishly updated inside and out into an Italian romanesque style making it look much older than it actually is!

We're just off out for a bite to eat but won't be late as we're up early to watch granddaughter Amelia swimming tomorrow morning.
