Day out.

A very early blip . 
Myself and Mr R had a lovely lunch at wagamamma before I headed to the hospital. 
It was quite interesting having a guided ultrasound injection. I wish o could have taken a photo of the needle. The detail was awesome. 
Anyway I now have proper answers to why my shoulder is sore all the time. I have impingement of my rotator cuff, some arthritis, bone spur and bursitis when it flare's. I'm really hoping this injection works this time. The doctor said he would never give one without using ultrasound. As with that it pin points exactly where it needs to do. And going in blind is a hit and miss. 

My arm is sore already I'm not looking forward to the anesthetic running out. 

The Wildlings are having a lovely time with nana and grandad. The Jedi is keeping them on their toes.
