Once more with feeling!
It was such an amazing daybreak dook this morning. The air temperature of -1° at sunrise (7:43am) rose slightly as a resplendent sun beamed down on frosty sand and 4 women wading into the sea, not a wet suit between them and the water temperature 6.1°

I had managed to get my Tuesday and Friday companions, together with daughter #1, corralled together for a group dook.

It was back in two cars to the Dower House for toast, coffee and a free ranging discussion which included voicing our annoyance at Wordle using American spelling, making it a bit more tricky for us Brits.
