Today we drove to Milton Abbas - firstly to walk to the abbey in the grounds of Milton Abbey school. A lovely old building, but probably would have been spectacular back in its day with stained glass instead of the clear glass today. We then walked through the village of Milton Abbas stopping for coffee.
Then on to Blandford Forum and had a short walk along the River Stour.
From there went toWinterborne Zelston - really just to visit the church in the photo, as we remembered the snowdrops are beautiful there.
We’re going to go to Kingston Lacey, but the car park was so full we gave that a miss, so on to Puddletown forest instead.
Another busy day having fun!
