Anemone blanda...........

.............or Windflower. Spotted two or three of these open this morning. These are a beautiful shade of blue - really pretty and very delicate. They have suddenly appeared during the last couple of days - I had almost given up on them! I took several pix but in 90%of them they blew about - this was the best and is not all that crisp. Have a bit of a busy day so I didn't have more time!
Having a day out with Anni on Wednesday so am hoping it stays dry - fingers crossed.

Sun is trying to break through - still a cold wind and temperature at 5 deg.C which is cold for April - surely it must warm up soon!
