3. To deplete gradually, especially to the point of complete exhaustion.
4. To fatigue or spend emotionally or physically: The day's events completely drained me of all strength.

We have both here; the drain (or gutter) where water runs along, and me drained by the day's events.

Good drained (I think, I hope) but nonetheless drained.

And my hands are complaining about the cold. It's barely mid-autumn. I've caught up on photo processing tonight. Just Easter's photos to catch up on now.
