Busy Day

We are spending a few days with Euan and his Mum and Dad and arrived here early afternoon.  We walked down in to University Parks to meet Becky when she finished work and then headed back out to pick up Euan from Nursery.  He talked pretty much nonstop all the way home, up the bumpy lane where we paused at each speed bump to balance and jump.  Once home Euan found his new weighing scales and set about teaching himself about balancing, totally absorbed.  Then Daddy arrived home and we set out for a very enjoyable meal at a local restaurant.

The little man was very tired so settled in for a story before bath/bedtime.  His three chosen stories were The Snail and the Whale, Dinosnores and Oi Frog, then we tucked him up in bed and talked about the nice things he had done during the day before wishing him sweet dreams.
