Proposal

I'm not one for "bold vision" documents, but I was encouraged to produce one by collaborators as the last part of a 3-stage proposal I finished this morning. The idea is that it makes it easier to get lower levels of funding if they are seen as first steps in some glorious plan! I've passed it on to them, and we'll see. After that, I responded to two policy documents that had been circulated earlier in the week, and finished writing and testing the code that yesterday I'd discovered that I'd forgotten to write.

We'd woken to a sprinkling of snow and more falling, but most of it had melted by the end of the afternoon. However, it was sunny, so I decided to go out with Django (see extra) to stretch my legs before starting the next debugging task. When we got to Knightslaw Tower, there were signs that the sunset would be good, and it was well worth hanging around for it!
