The HAPPY (?) couple

I was flicking idly through previous entries, seeing what we were up to pre-pandemic (remember those carefree days?) 


I came across a reproduction of the wedding photograph of my maternal grandparents.


I thought I should redress the balance with one of my paternal grandparents.


They were married on 11 November 1908 and both died before I was born.


My information is that they were married at the Trocadero restaurant in London.


Some notable observations:


Where are the smiles?
Something has distracted several of the party who are looking to their right
All those flowers in November in snowy England!
