Snowy day

Chilly and wet outside so Lottie and I didn't venture far. Nipped along to see what Angela was doing in her stained glass workshop and catch up on her news. 

Another friend in the village, who isn't well, when asked what I could do, suggested a homemade carrot cake was what she really fancied so I made one and took that along to her. Tempting to make another one for us, but we are both still trying to get rid of the weight we gained over Christmas time and January!

I've been knitting myself a jumper for the last few weeks and I'm nearly at the end. Looking forward to knitting some small things again!
