Keeping healthy
Went to the gym for my 121 session this evening. Hopefully this is the nudge I need to keep going and get back to a healthier lifestyle. Sitting in front of a screen for hours on end is not giving me the exercise I need for good dopamine hits. I think that takes its toll on my sleep pattern and general feeling of well-being. And I must eat more fruit. Can’t see us getting through this lot before it goes bad though.
