A quiet scene

A busy morning and then a good walk around the Moore Nature Reserve near Warrington and close to the Manchester Ship Canal. Woodland, lakes and reed beds are very close to an industrial site, the west coast main railway line and a local line, as well as the canal. It is a green lung with no shortage of birds and wild fowl. Our walk resulted in a very respectable step count too !
