Out, out

No.1 had bought tickets for Ronnie Scott’s for No.2’s birthday.  Originally there were 6 of us going but 6 became 4 when Brazilian lovely (BL from now on) had caught an earlier flight back to Berlin ……… long story but hopefully paused, not over, and JC didn’t come as he had hurt his knee.  However it was nice to be ‘en famille’ just the four of us.  We met in Covent Garden for a drink, then had a great meal in a French brasserie, before walking over to listen to the jazz.  Lovely evening and nice to spend time together.  We decided to say over and I had booked a hotel near Tower Hill - having a day out tomorrow doing more tourist things in London.
