Purple flower

Mum FaceTimed me this morning and seemed to be holding up well.  She hadn't seen the doctor at that point and I haven't heard anything else through the day but she hopefully will be home for the weekend!

This is a fluid art painting I did a few weeks ago and should be dry enough to varnish now.

The long-tailed tit in the background of yesterday's Blip was a photo I took quite a few years ago in the conservation area where I used to work.
