Shock and dread, in the cat carrier

Merry had her 3 month liver enzyme check up at noon today. her physical exam went well and she has gained some weight as well. She looks very healthy , behaved so well. Poor thing, just a bit of trembling while her temperature was being taken, such an indignity. The Liver Specialist is not very chatty, but she was pleased. We are home now and she is resting happily in the sun.

I was hoping for a dark day, she would be easier to retrieve from her larger cat case cave bed, but it was sunny at catching time. T helped and she was 'gotten' and tucked in the cat carrier. She's very happy to be home.

The ice and the potholes are horrendous. Getting to the car was quite tricky. Hopefully the sun will keep melting the glaze on everything.

This day came in sunny and warmer.

All hands and paws relieved that the vet trip is over.
