Pollen A-Plenty

After yesterday's fast-forward to April (but without the showers!), today we were firmly back in early February - although a year ago today I was posting footprints in the snow in the garden. I aimed for some of the lower willow catkins, despite the breeze, and several were reasonably sharp. This one was chosen after I noticed the hoverfly collecting pollen. There's also at least one tiny insect on the right hand side, so it can't have been as cold as it seemed!
