No Parking, No Waiting!

I don't think many folk needed persuading not to stop and wait in the heavy rain this evening. It's the second day running I've been soaked as I strolled; thank goodness I didn't pack up my waterproof trousers is all I can say!!

And just like that, in a splish, a splash and a splosh, it's Tuesday evening.
