Cooking

This is maybe a rather odd looking photograph but is just a close up of carrot shavings.  This was the scene after work, trying out a new recipe called lentil bolognese and I am a messy cook.  Tinned green or brown lentils were specified but I think I might just use red lentils next time as I like the way they go mushy.
