Signs of Spring

Escaped into the garden for a half hour this afternoon. Just cutting back some of last years dead sedum, pulling a few weeds, moving some pots of spring bulbs around. I’ve got some yellow dwarf iris starting to come through but as I was clearing one part of the garden found this single purple one too. I don’t remember planting it there, so it was a nice surprise. But I do dot them about once I’ve done the main displays in pots, I just pop odd ones all over the place.
