Trail walk

MrsT still not well. L had slightly better day at school than yesterday but still not great.

I had early morning meetings with teams in China then Singapore before a day of catch up on mails and projects.

Got the in-laws coming to visit tonight. Had my lunchtime metabolics class which was fun.
