Sea of Purple

We are enjoying our first blast of warm weather in the Washington, DC area today with sunshine and the temperature at 80 degrees (27C). In just one day, the leaves have started to pop out on the trees and the flowers are springing upwards. Just a few days ago, this hyacinth was just starting to show it's buds...
