Tea time..

… with a friend and ex colleague this afternoon. We met by Dulwich Park and walked through the village to a tea shop we’ve visited before. Very small and intimate at the back of a cake shop. It also supports local artists. I love the bold colours in these prints.

A good run with friends this morning. A long and flat route, which felt heavy going at times but a quick sprint did the trick.

Valerie has sent that the cannula eventually went in. Results in two weeks. She really appreciates the concern and best wishes from my Blip Community friends and I thank you too. I know she remembers those on Blip who are going through similar treatment or have experience of loved ones with cancer.
