Sheet pan veggies

This is my favorite way of cooking veggies. I cut up a ton of different veggies. Mix them in a bowl with olive oil and pesto. Add seasonings and bake them. When they came out, I sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze. Put in bowl over chopped up rotisserie chicken. Yummy dinner and enough fir tomorrow night too.
