A rare treat.

A VERY rare treat, for two reasons.  The main one being most of these are aimed at two and being one I have to either ration myself and hold some for tomorrow or freeze it - NOT - possible where me and a Duck are involved.
I didn't bother with vegetables, not having any of the suggested ones. 
I'll make do with an Apple, &/or Orange &/or Banana for roughage.
