Witch Hazel

A cold winter's day in Scotland, snow flurries, and a cold wind..... but a bit of sunshine too.

And the sun caught the witch hazel which is now in flower.  It was planted in the autumn of last year, and it is a delight to see that it has survived and is now in flower.
