The Boss of the Drugs

A few years ago my good friend Jackie (the gym cougar) asked me to speak to a primary 6 class at her school as part of health week. I started by asking them if anyone could tell me what a pharmacist was. One wee boy jumped up and down with his hand high in the air and said "miss, miss... Are you, like, the boss of the drugs?". I said quite right, I am indeed! Once back in the office however, my boss decided she was taking that title for herself. Typical...

I don't think the gentleman in this picture has anything to do with the sale of legitimate pharmaceutical products. Perhaps more along the line of legal highs (sorry, can't approve of that; a decidedly dangerous pastime).

Anyway, had a quick early evening feed plus plenty of laughs with the boss of the drugs tonight. Always good fun and a ridiculously diverse range of subject matter. Still, that's the world put to rights for another wee while!
