Nesting

Blipped Dougal in his nest as I nipped out and did ParkRun, after seeing auntie was comfortable in her recliner and enjoying classic fm.
Pleased to dip under 21 minutes after a period of inconsistent exercise these past few weeks. Looking at the weather forecast tomorrow is not great for cycling.
