It's rather nice to be back in Edinburgh at lunchtime, and fun just playing with taking streets shots. After I took a couple of portraits that I were happy with, I tried to see if the V1 was any good as a 'street camera'. It's actually quite good, but can be infuriating when it goes into its standby/sleep mode and then takes several seconds to wake up. Not good for capturing a precise moment.

This subject jumped out of a shop and offered me a sample from her tray. I've taken a previous portrait and really liked the shallow DoF look of the surrounding buildings. Her bright red coat is also a bonus.
