Geese...
...flying in to the mostly frozen harbor. It's pretty entertaining to watch them land, slide, & try to stop on the ice. I'd been photographing geese that were sitting on the ice, and ducks swimming in amongst the ice chunks, when I heard these guys arriving. I also managed to catch a shot of an incoming mallard & put that one in the extras. It looks cold, and it was; only 17 degrees (-8 C), but fortunately there was no wind so I lasted about 20 minutes. The cold didn't bother my breathing today, so I think I'm almost over the bronchitis. Mae went home with her mom earlier today, but I'm heading over there in a little while for dinner. :)
