Speed Walking

Funny old day - My eldest daughter who is still working from home and normally spends the weekend with her boyfriend, was at a loose end as he was away training, so decided to join milo and I on our walk. we planned a 6k walk which is normally ok for me, but more recently because of having DBS surgery,  and awaiting  'switch on" I haven't had a review of my Parkinson's medication and I am really feeling alot of stiffness and rigidity, so my walks with milo are fairly sedate.  Not so today, it was more like a route March!  She did agree  to let me stop and have a quick drink and I took the opportunity  to gab a picture of the beautiful moor surrounding us before we set off again.

It was lovely to have her company and milo enjoyed her constant stick throwing.  We finished the afternoon off with a well deserved cake and hot chocolate at our favourite cafe in Tavistock.
