Local Character

On Ilkla Moor, with hat .... the Hermit. A real person, apparently, though I've forgotten the details.

The view from the garden is the extra. A good place for a stroll up from Menston.

This was taken yesterday. I wouldn't want to be up there now  ... there's more than a touch of the Withering Heights today.
