Dear Mr Weatherman Sir,
I do not wish to be disrespectful, but surely there has been some kind of planning error? The month is April, the place is Istanbul TURKEY and last week was blazing sunshine verified by my journal photographs and the bursting of blooms all over. Yet, I must tell you that today has been biting wind and icy rain. All day. In fact, it has been necessary to turn on the heating again. I can assure you that there were days in January that were warmer than this.
