Men at work

Our area is having full fibre installed as part of the National Infrastructure project. It's being going on for months, but this week they reached our cul-de-sac. Today they seem to have made two cuts in the tarmac of the pavement, about 20 cm apart. Later, I think, they come round with the little digger, dig a trench, and install the fibre inside protective tubes. They certainly made a colourful addition to our circle today.
