Amaryllis

My plant is so tall that it has nearly reached the top of the window.

When I came home from my shop and rather wet walk the sleet had stopped and the dark clouds had melted away leaving a beautiful blue sky. I grabbed my camera, the amaryllis plus pot and headed out of the front door to try and grab a blip of the flower against the bright blue background.

The forecast for tomorrow is awful so I guess I’ll be enjoying an indoor walk. L and I are thinking of visiting the Kelvingrove Museum and Art Galleries …… haven’t been there for a couple of years so it will be good to submerge ourselves in art and culture.
